Six of this month's eight most wanted people are individuals who say they are being actively pursued by Winnipeg police for violating the conditions of their release.

Andrew Kolodrupski has been arrested on multiple occasions for crimes and then released under the Criminal Code of Canada, subject to several conditions. Kolodrupski currently has five arrest warrants out for failing to comply with several of these conditions.

Brandon Storm was arrested for theft under $5,000 and then released under the Criminal Code of Canada on several conditions, including mandatory court attendance. Warrants were issued for Storm's arrest on June 28 and July 16 for failing to comply with several of these conditions.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Dustin Zorn as part of several burglary investigations. Two warrants have been issued for Zorn's arrest in connection with these investigations.

Winnipeg police have made several attempts to locate Jasmine Kehler in connection with a $5,000 fraud case, but she has stated that she is actively evading arrest. A warrant has been issued for Kehler's arrest in connection with this investigation.

Jill McIvor was arrested for several offences and then released under the Criminal Code of Canada on conditions including appearing in court as ordered. On April 18, warrants were issued for McIvor's arrest for failing to appear in court as ordered.

Joshua Baker is serving his first sentence in federal court of two years and three months for aggravated assault and false imprisonment. Baker's release from custody began on July 4, and four days later a Canada-wide arrest warrant was issued after he was found to have violated the conditions of his release.

Robin Bousquet is serving his fifth federal sentence, a five-year, 10-month prison sentence for armed robbery, burglary and failure to comply with a bail condition. Bousquet His release began on July 8, 2024, and eight days later, a Canada-wide arrest warrant was issued after he was found to have violated the conditions of his release.

Travis Logan was arrested on multiple occasions for multiple offences and then released under the Criminal Code of Canada. However, police said he continued to reoffend even after his release. On May 8, another warrant was issued for Logan's arrest for theft under $5,000.
