KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — The cash reward for information on a Kanawha County man who is the subject of an investigation has been increased, U.S. Marshals said.
Tiwan Robert “Quick” Bailey, 48, is wanted in connection with the activities of a sex trafficking group involving minors, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. The reward for information leading to his arrest has been increased from $5,000 to $10,000.
Bailey's case has been upgraded to a “major case,” which is usually reserved for prominent and/or dangerous suspects, the press release said.
According to investigators, Bailey has close ties to the Rand community and several family members on Charleston's West Side.
The press release said Bailey has a violent criminal history and is considered armed and dangerous.
Bailey is described as 6'4″ tall and weighing about 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
