The French national team captain failed to score for the third consecutive match, resulting in a disappointing draw for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

The home team won the game early and deservedly took a 1-0 lead. Oli McBurnie set up the ball with a sliding pass and Alberto Moleiro finished with a calm finish into the bottom corner. From then on, there were never another clear goal-scoring opportunity. Mbappe missed a couple of attempts. Vinicius dribbled and shot, but to no avail.
In the end, Ancelotti's three well-known strikers argued among themselves and were frustrated because the league favorites dropped points for the second time in three games.
